It took place at the Provo Marriott, Provo Utah, from November 4th to 6th, 1999. Over 550 participants attended 6 pre-Conference Workshops and 40 presentations, as well as hearing Keynote addresses by Ogden Lindsley, Carl Binder, and Neila Connors.

Our thanks to the Planning Committee, Utah Learning Resource Center, Bruce Schroeder, Tracy Stewart, and their crew for planning and hosting this event. We were all well cared for, and the quality of presentations was excellent. We hope that in the next few weeks, the presenters will put the highlights of their presentations on their own Web Sites. (Any presenter who reads this is welcome to send a summary of his/her presentation to Ian@tli.com and we will post it on this Web Site for you.)
